Return & Refund Policy (Improved Version)

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet all the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unopened, unused, and undamaged

  • In original packaging (including bundles, straps, shrink wrap, or protective materials)

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that are opened, partially used, or not in resalable condition may not be eligible.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at packagingestore@xpactech.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup. Please ensure the item is packed securely in the same manner as delivered.
Our driver may decline collection if the item is not properly packed, damaged, or unsafe for transport.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can replace or resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customised or made-to-order items

  • Items cut to custom lengths

  • Bulk or palletised orders once opened

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Digital items like gift cards

Exchanges

For a quick exchange, return the item once approved and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refund processing by us: within 2–3 working days

  • Bank or card issuer processing: may take up to 10 business days

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
